This regular gathering offers an opportunity to listen to the Dhamma, practice mindfulness, and strengthen our spiritual path together as a community.

We would like to inform you that BBAO donation tax receipts for the year 2025 will be released on February 7, 2026.

To avoid delays in delivery, we prefer to issue tax receipts via email. If you have not yet provided us with your email address, please send it to accounts@bbaontario.ca by February 5, 2026.

If you prefer to receive your tax receipt by regular mail, it will be sent accordingly.

BBAO Board of Directors and Executive Committee Organization Update️

We would like to share an update on the BBAO Board of Directors (BOD) and Executive Committee (EC) organization. The BBAO Board of Directors has been reorganized, and the Executive Committee working teams and subcommittees have been restructured to better serve the Mahadhammika Temple and the association.

BBAO operates primarily through the unwavering support and volunteer efforts of our members. If you are interested in volunteering or have any questions, suggestions, or feedback, please feel free to reach out directly to the respective working team leaders. 🙏

❄️ Winter Snow Service Update- Important Notice ❄️

Dear All,

We would like to inform you that we have changed our snow removal contractor this winter. The previous service contract was not comprehensive enough, and this change also helps reduce the physical burden on our monks and ensure their safety, allowing them to focus more on religious activities. Ensuring safe access to the temple is very important, and this decision was made in the best interest of everyone’s safety.

Please also note that this winter has been unusually cold with frequent and heavy snowfall. During severe weather, snow removal services may experience delays despite our best efforts.

Before visiting the temple, we kindly ask everyone to:

• Check weather conditions in advance
• Expect possible snow or ice on-site during or after storms
• Plan accordingly and visit only when it is safe

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation during the winter season. Your safety is our priority.

မဟာဓမ္မိကကျောင်းဝင်း နှင့် လူသွားလမ်း များအတွက် ပိုမိုပြည့်စုံသော နှင်းကြုံးဝန်ဆောင်မှု ရရှိရန် ကုမ္ပဏီအသစ်နှင့် ပြောင်းလဲစီစဉ်ထားပါသည်။ ဆရာတော်များ၏ ဝေယျာဝစ္စ လျော့နည်းစေရန်နှင့် ကျောင်းသို့လာရောက်သူများ အန္တရာယ်ကင်းစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

သို့သော်လည်း နှင်းမုန်တိုင်း အလွန်ပြင်းထန်ပါက နှင်းကြုံးဝန်ဆောင်မှု နှောင့်နှေးနိုင်သည်ကို နားလည်သတိချပ်ကြစေလိုပါသည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုသည် တတ်နိုင်သမျှ အစောဆုံး ရောက်ရှိလာမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
