EC Election Process (2027/2028 Term)
The Election Committee would like to provide an update on the Executive Committee Election process for the 2027/2028 term.
1. Nomination Period (Completed)
Now until 18 May 2026
The nomination period for the Executive Committee Election has now been completed. The Election Committee thanks all members who submitted their nomination forms.

2. Verification Period (In Progress)
19 May – 31 May 2026
The Election Committee is currently reviewing and verifying the submitted nominations. All potential nominees are being contacted to confirm their consent and commitment to serve if elected.
A final list of confirmed nominees will be published on the website once the verification process is completed.
3. Voting Period (Upcoming)
1 June – 15 June 2026
The voting process is currently targeted to begin on 1 June 2026.
If the number of confirmed nominees exceeds the available positions, a voting process will be conducted. The election will be decided based on the highest number of votes received.
Vote counting may take approximately one week after voting closes. The final results are expected to be announced by the end of June 2026.
